This is not an issue, but rather made intentionally in order to protect these mods' files from getting overwritten or deleted by updates. **Please note that mods in 'Modified' or 'Working Copy' states will not get automatically updated. This is the Wrath of the Lich King version of the addon, not TBC/Vanilla, that could also be your problem if you ended up on the wrong page. Copy the folder out of the Zip and put it in your Addons folder. I could send screenshots but that seems pointless.
